and I’m a passionate User Experience Designer from Dublin, Ireland. I have experience as a commercial web designer and through my background in hospitality and teaching I have learned the importance of teamwork, people skills, and hard work. A few years ago I decided to follow a long-held dream and pursue a career in UX Design. I have obtained qualifications in Web Design
and UX Design. I am at an advanced level with Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma, Invision, Premiere Pro and have a good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript. 

Now living in Dublin, I have recently returned from 5 years living in Vietnam where I balanced my design work with my role as a teacher of IELTS. As well as fine tuning my presentation skills, I have also learned how to adapt to a new culture. My UX/UI work has benefited greatly from this new experience, firstly by been surrounded by new and exciting design influences and also from working for Japanese and Vietnamese companies in a freelance capacity. Also, storytelling and innovation were an everyday reality for me whilst teaching young people, some of whom came from very disadvantaged backgrounds. This was a very rewarding experience for me personally.  For me, it is important to engage in creativity everyday so design and teaching was my way to do this.
I believe with my depth of real world experience and academic skills I can be a huge asset to any design team.
